Ideal Customer Profile

We commit to our obligations seriously and most likely we put in more hours and energy than paid employees. We tie our names with this new venture and it “becomes us”. Therefore all the criteria is equally important. Please read carefully. Not a match is completely OK. It means you are too early or too late. You do’t have to fit in.

Matching criteria:

  • We work on pre-payment basis only. So the company should have at least 4 month runway to feel safe.
  • Client admits they have reached their “glass ceiling”.
  • Client is coachable and dares to trust.
  • Business predictable annaul revenue is above 1B reachable.
  • It is a scalable business model or it can be tweaked to become scalable.
  • It contains software component.
  • It matches our current portfolio and partners network in sectors and regions.
  • Founders values and ethcis levels match with ours.
  • Founders Human Design profiles confirm we can can work constructivly together.
  • The business purpose aims for the greater good.

Roadmap

We’ve seen – 1 fits for all does not work. We humans are unique, and so is your business. Therefore we can’t grant you 100-500% income jumps in 1 month. Yet we will dig up all that you are and you yourself become more aware of your well forgotten resources. Then after once we join with our expertise and network we together can change a lot quickly.

  • Everything means so much more work and hours, there are so many fine details to fix.
  • Tools and services cost money, yet that would make money, and defining the right path is not always so visible at first.
  • Rapid growth could also be too sudden, growing from 100k to 1M a year is fast. Imagine going to 100M or 100M! It puts additional burden on founders mental ability to grow as fast as well.
